Karina Monje
Cofounder, Lead Consultant
Over the past five years, my most profound education has come from fiercely advocating for my autistic boys. I have navigated a relentless labyrinth of constant therapies and rigorous assessments across school districts, regional centers, and medical institutions to ensure they get the support they deserve. Through this journey, I've learned that while progress can sometimes feel painstakingly slow, it is absolutely certain—and every single milestone, no matter how small, is a hard-won victory that must be celebrated. This lived experience is the heartbeat of my practice and exactly why I am so passionate about guiding other families through these same complex systems.
Adrian Monje
Cofounder, IT Expert
As a father to two autistic boys and the sole provider for our family, I intimately understand the relentless balancing act of managing full-time professional responsibilities alongside the unique, everyday demands of special needs parenting. In my career as a Systems Engineer, I specialize in breaking down complex, rigid structures to make them run efficiently. I bring this same analytical, systems-driven perspective directly to our advocacy and consulting practice. Whether it’s untangling the intricate, bureaucratic webs of school districts and regional centers for our families, or designing clear, actionable compliance frameworks for organizations, I apply my engineering mindset to build practical solutions that cut through the noise and deliver real results.
“Motherhood is my deepest calling. Anchored by faith, I am fueled by a fierce, unwavering devotion to my boys and every family we serve.”
